REHABILITACIÓN PSICOLÓGICA
Psychosocial rehabilitation is a community program based on group therapies where people learn new tools and skills to integrate into society and improve their quality of life. TERAPIA
INDIVIDUAL
Individual Therapy is a closed space between you and the therapist, where confidentiality, acceptance, and empathy prevail. It is a space where you can express yourself openly, without barriers or prejudices. You can talk about your problems, and concerns, and express your emotions, fears, anxieties, pains, and joys. The therapist can help you to heal your emotional problems and give you tools to accept yourself and the environment around you. In this individual space, you can learn to work on your anxiety, depression, insecurity, phobia, low self-esteem, personal, couple, and family problems. You can learn to control your anger and modify your behavior. This therapy is highly effective in improving your emotional well-being.
A Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers intensive, structured treatment for individuals dealing with mental health or substance use disorders. Patients attend the program for several hours a day, several days a week, which allows them to receive comprehensive care while still living at home. PHPs provide various services, including individual and group therapy, medication management, and support for co-occurring disorders. This setup is ideal for those who need more support than traditional outpatient therapy but do not require the round-the-clock supervision of inpatient hospitalization. The primary goal of PHPs is to stabilize patients, help them develop effective coping strategies, and prepare them for a successful transition to less intensive levels of care. By offering a structured and supportive environment, PHPs aim to reduce the risk of relapse and improve overall functioning. This approach helps patients build a solid foundation for long-term recovery, emphasizing the importance of continued support and therapeutic engagement even after completing the program.
